Each enquiry arrives as a conversation with a draft and a quote at the bottom. Change anything, then send it yourself.
Every claim shows its source
A price links to its rate. A phrase links to your reply.
Open any number in a draft and see the rate row it came from. Open any sentence and see the past reply it echoes. If there is no source, there is no number.
